Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Our representatives, distributed across the territory, ensure a close relationship with our customers.
Your account manager
If you are already a customer, go to your "My contacts" area to get your account manager contact details”.
As part of each market services, your account manager is your main point of contact for any subject relating to your activity on the electric power system. He or she monitors your contracts and provides support for your projects.
Sales division
At the national level, the key account management group is responsible for liaising with the purchasing divisions of the groups and the representative bodies (e.g. professional unions, consumer associations...).
Locally, the 8 customer services and 2 customer services in charge of data, invoices and contracts, distributed across the territory, ensure a close relationship with clients.
