Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Why create an online account?
As a customer
- Creating your online account on the Services Portal allows you to access your data, manage your services, and customise your interface according to your needs and priorities via a system of favourites.
- After your newly created account is activated by your company's administrator, you can customise your interface.
If you are a non-customer user
- Creating your online account on the Services Portal allows you to customise your interface according to your needs, priorities via a system of favourites and be notified.
- To create your online account and customise your interface, simply follow the easy directions directly on the Services Portal.
