Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
The automatic frequency restoration reserve (aFRR) is activated according to the merit order since 21 November 2023.
The aFRR activation market opened on Tuesday 21 November 2023. Since this date, the activation of the aFRR is carried out according to merit order and the market participants are remunerated at the marginal price.
This is an important preliminary step for RTE and the market parties before the upcoming connection to the PICASSO platform for the international coordination of energy of automated frequency restoration reserve in 2024.
The market indicators of the aFRR activation are available on the PICASSO Platform tab on the Balancing page of the Services Portal.
